Fairmont Singapore, the official hotel partner of the Youth Olympic Games 2010, has announced a package for visitors looking for an action-packed vacation in Singapore. The Staycation package is available from now until 31 December 2010. Rates start from SGD535 (USD385) nett per night for the Fairmont Room and includes daily buffet breakfast. Rooms will be furnished with a Nintendo Wii game console with sports-related games to choose from.
The package includes the Sports Adven-tour, a combination of kayaking, cycling and flying trapeze activities at Sentosa island. Lunch and return transport to Sentosa is provided. Guests will also receive a pair of Youth Olympic Games mascot plush toy key rings as commemorative gifts.
The hotel’s fitness trainers are also available for optional activities such as a complimentary City Tour Run through the Marina Bay district and Energy Hour, a session of team games and fitness exercises at SGD60 per session. The hotel can arrange for a professional tennis coach for private lessons as well at SGD70 per session.
Guests can then relax at the Willow Stream Spa, with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi and relaxation lounge.
This package requires a minimum of two nights booked. The starting rate of SGD535 applies for the first two nights. The hotel’s best available rates apply from the third night onwards.
