Royal Plaza on Scotts has announced an early bird special for visitors looking to book a room during the Youth Olympic Games 2010.
The package is priced at SGD380 (USD271) per night for the Superior Room. Guests will receive free inclusions worth more than SGD150 such as an upgrade to a Deluxe Room, daily breakfast for two persons, broadband Internet access and daily refill of in-room beverages. This rate is subject to government taxes and service charge. Children under the age of 12 stay for free; an extra bed is priced at SGD70 per night.
The inaugural Youth Olympics will be held from 14 to 26 August at various competition venues across Singapore. They are easily accessible from Royal Plaza on Scotts, which is close to the Orchard train station. The hotel is also within walking distance to most shopping centres along Orchard Road.
